Product Details

Product Care
Vacuum Regularly:
Vacuum your rug regularly to remove dust and dirt. Once a week is usually sufficient; more often in high-traffic areas.
Remove Stains Immediately:
Act quickly when spills occur: blot excess liquid with an absorbent cloth or paper towel – do not rub. Use a rug cleaner or a water-vinegar solution.
Trim Loose Threads:
Loose threads can be safely trimmed level with the pile – it won't damage the rug.
Professional Cleaning:
Have your rug professionally cleaned at least once a year to remove deep-seated dirt and preserve its condition.
Avoid Sunlight:
Direct sunlight can cause fading. Use curtains or blinds to protect your rug.
Avoid Heavy Furniture:
Avoid placing heavy furniture directly on the rug. Use felt pads to prevent pressure marks.
Lint Formation:
Linting is normal with wool rugs in the first few weeks. It comes from fine hairs loosened during spinning – a sign of quality. Linting decreases over time.
Special Treatments:
If your rug needs a special treatment such as waterproofing, contact a professional cleaner or dealer.
